If you want Real KFC go to Indonesia.. the best KFC i have tasted anywhere in the world and i have done so in many countries.. KFC USA is for sure bottom of my list or at least this outlet in Orlando is.. chicken dry and overcooked.. staff got order wrong twice and were to bizzy gossiping to respond to my plea. Then got angry when I raised my voice to Attract their attention.. although the outlet had only one occupied table.. every other table was dirty and the outlet was NOT bizzy when we arrived.. staff to bizzy gossiping.. toilets had bad smell and dirty.. come on KFC you can do far better than this.. send your staff to Indonesia for training and let them see how a real KFC outlet is run

Really clean place fast service

Food was cold, put pickles on a big crunch. Since when do they do that, it was loaded with pickles! Made the sandwich gross, it was also extremely salty! Gross!!! Dont recommend it.

I went to drive thru tonight and specifically asked them to cooked me fresh hot wings. I was told that they were fresh and that they cooked them by order. Unfortunately my wings were so old and dried up I couldn't eat them. They taste like they had been there since opening. I'm sole believer that if I'm paying for something I should get it like I want. Worse experience ever, I hate being lied too.

What can I say, service slow, any slower and they'd be going backwards! Not even busy and far too slow and lack of any drive what so ever. Food was okay, but service and speed beyond ridiculous. Fast food I think not.

Even though it was a busy Friday night and the drive through cashier had quit just minutes before I arrived, the staff was amazing. They got me in and out in what I consider a normal our usual amount of time. Katrina and the manager (I didn't catch her name) really held it together!

We had the opportunity to use this KFC few times this week 12/22/2019 and i definitely go with 5 stars. Great place. Great people the ladies. Good location and off course the food is delicious thank you. For make my family happy. Visitors from colorado

Horrible! Just awful. Filthy restrooms. Waited 25 minutes for chicken which was still "cooking!" I asked for my money back and went down the street to Popeye's and received great food and stunningly fast and friendly service. Stay away from this slop house.

Just a lot of great chicken for an OK price.

It's quick and it's good. Never got a bad order through the drive thru. The staff has been helpful coming up with combos to save money. A busy location that still manages to maintain their sanity.

Music in the place was way to loud. Really was. Food was ok. Could have used one less person in back and one more out cleaning the front. Some of the service was front and great.

Everyone behind the counter acted like they hated their job. My food was set to the side waiting to be claimed, if they only said they were calling only a portion on the number on the receipt that would have been good to know. I give them a two because the food was good.

Did a drive thru got a mountain dew and taste horrible with a weird smell and my chicken was cold and burned like it was fried with old oil. Never again will.go there. Wasn't greeted by the person and didn't even say your welcome after I said Hi and thks

I hardly ever leave 1 star reviews. This place deserves it with flying failing colors. I ordered to find out only cash was taken. Waited for 20 minutes at the door close to the drive thru only to have half my order missing, no utensils, no napkins... I suppose I'm going to eat my Mac and cheese with my cold chicken tenders. Got all sorts of attitude at the window, Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go.

This kfc wins the trashiest most disgusting one I've ever been to or buy from I've went plenty of times since I work close and every freaking time the food is either undercooked or old as hell where are the people managing this store this pathetic look at how the colors are different the light brown I can swear they were cooked two days ago mind I asked for original but why not just throw couple of old crispy pieces

Careful with what you order!!!! Menus are HUGE! The attention was great & super fast. Cashier made a little mix up with the salad we ordered and was fixed within seconds. The place was clean & comfy for a family dinner, perfect to hang out with friends too. Would definately come back!!

Was told in the drive through it would be a minute. Seven minutes later I was asked to come inside because the drive through was down. Thing is they were busy inside and had no interest in serving the drive through any longer. Premier location if they weren't in such a location would close in a month. This place is a reason Google needs to allow zero stars.

This place is absolutely disgusting! My husband ordered the 2 for $6 and we waited half an hour to receive this whilst 4 members of stand wanderers around the back of the counter chatting and arguing with other customers! Every single staff member has a completely attitude problem and spoke to rudely to every single customer that came in! Not to mention the restaurant as a whole is very dirty and an absolute mess! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

The service there was terrible. It took almost 1 hour for them to get our correct order they gave us the wrong order the first time and second time she had attitude but the food taste good It was a little bit cold

First timer in an American KFC, felt nice and cozy. However, the air conditioner was pushed so much it was freezing inside, and took only cash for payment.

Really good and clean fast food restaurant around the international drive area. It helps to find the cheap food around the international drive road.
